IQ postpone spanish shows to 2021 due to Covid-19

After discussing with the group the situation of the Covid-19 in Spain, we have decided to postpone the concerts in Barcelona and Madrid for 2021. We want to do the concerts in the best possible conditions and we believe that it’s the best way for everyone (musicians, crew and audience) we can fully enjoy, and how it deserves, the long-awaited concerts of one of the best progressive rock bands.

Mike Holmes: “Like so many artists we’ve been waiting to see how things progress with the virus and the unlockdowning situation, hoping against hope that we’d all feel safe enough to spend an evening together in close proximity. Regardless of the easing of restrictions in certain countries we just don’t feel its right to carry on with these shows knowing that there’s still a risk of infection. Apologies to everyone concerned – we’re really missing playing live and seeing you all again, but we all need to get this right.”

Tickets already purchased will remain valid. We are working to find the new dates. Once we announce them, we will give the option to refund tickets to all who request it, as we did with the Pendragon concert.

Thank you so much for your understanding in times too dark for live music.

Everything will be fine!
